I started with Jim’s 3 years ago and bought an existing franchise. Things I have learnt are… listen to your franchisor and to those who have been franchisees longer than you. Learn from your mistakes and any customer feedback is good customer feedback. Don’t forget to smile. Owning a Jim’s franchise is rewarding, people know the Jim’s brand, it is recognised throughout Australia, which makes it easy to have that first conversation with new and perspective clients. In three years I have made back what I spent on the franchise, growing my business while growing our family.
